Ian McKellen's remembrance for Patrick Stewart—at whose 2013 wedding McKellen officiated. They were Charles and Erik on the screen together, and on the stage they were Vladimir and Estragon, and Hirst and Spooner. And beyond acting, what a lovely friendship.
