Exactly!!!! Like god the whole thing about "LGBT+ folk can't be villains because it's homophobic" nonsense I saw on tumblr made me like W h a t????? Not an idea that being inherently gay is villainous (bad), but an idea that they can't be a villain *period* because not nice is homophobic Fetishy...

I've said this for other LGBT+ rep too, especially as someone whose OC got hyper woobified by someone the moment they learned he was gay (no he is still a giant asshole) Being an ass doesn't make a character a bad rep, it just makes them an asshole (/affectionate) Let 'em thrive

I'm gonna hot take here as a transmasc individual that a character being less than an uwu perfect baby does not make them any less "worthy" of being trans rep Let asshole characters be trans in peace too Let characters that still have to deal with the remnants of their old self be trans as well

If there's one thing to remember Eric Bauza for beside his incredible talent / work, it's that he fought for Animation and the creatives who pour themselves into it. He fought for art, expression and the respect this medium and its workers deserve.
