For younger folk, this is kind of how it was under Ossie Ardilles. Lots of young lads running around, a bright and fresh approach to coaching and formations (with Tony Galvin in tow), getting players forward, but being easier to open up than a can of LCL by any kind of nous. It rarely ends well.
