Am I scared? Absolutely terrified. But after having weeks to process this, such emotion is now tempered and layered with resolve and determination. I'm going to beat this, because I have so much to value right now I can't afford not to. And I will do it no matter how hard it might get.
Show PostWelp, with my first Chemo appointment now booked, I guess it's as good at time as any to announce it. I've been diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, which in layman's terms, is blood cancer. I've been constantly reassured it's treatable, even curable, and I plan to do that very thing.
