One thing my late discovery of my neurodivergence has allowed me to do is become more forgiving of myself, and to reduce how much I hold my self up to neuronormative standards.

attended a masks mandatory halloween. I saw kids aged 3-13 masked up for 3+ hours, I mean they did not take those things off at the venue. Not once. A credit to their parents and whaanau. They taught their babies(!!) to treasure collective wellbeing. If a 3 yr old will mask up, what’s your excuse?
