Media literacy 101: First, notice the clip is from 2025. 2nd, if a meme or clip is designed to appeal to your emotions over your ability to reason, ask yourself: whose ends does that serve? 3. Feelings aren't facts; just b/c something *feels* like it could be true, doesn't mean it is.
Show PostFact check: Buffett is not recorded as having said these words. He did make some similar comments re: his company's sale of Apple stock & the taxes they had to pay on that sale. We want to believe things are true when we agree with them, but now is a time to be extra scrupulous about facts, pls.
