Gosh, I thought, today is a great day to use Metro Flex/Via. I've got two heavy bags and I've got to get a mile to the light rail stop. But of course, it wasn't available. This is why microtransit cannot replace reliable fixed route transit, along with accessible & safe places to walk and roll.
