The doorbell has finally stopped going. All the kids this year were very polite. Some great costumes too, my favourite being the wee boy as Dracula. Btw his shit joke was “why did the spider crawl across the boys head? Cause he wanted to scare him” It was so deadpan it was almost funny.

My favourite one was a kid of about 9 or 10 from a few years ago. He was picking the sweets up and reading the ingredients, then he selected a few and proudly announced "I can't have gelatin. I'm Jewish!" Me and his parents cracked up simultaneously 🤣
