Someone once pointed out that Will lives in one of the few metros where housing hasn't ballooned in cost & that may be a factor clouding his judgement here.

Also most of the journalist, influencers, and other people who influence public opinion are based in the highly expensive metros. So it makes sense their opinions would spill over.
