my ex said I used to joke about the fact that I was into stuff stereotypically associated with transmasc people and they were into transfem stuff but in retrospect I think that was really dumb. I hate how being trans feels like I'm part of a fashion subculture

Hot off the heels of yet another 'why does it matter if the werewolf looks feminine' debate, this says pretty much what people who work in this genre have been saying for *a while*. It's why I draw werewolves the way I do and why I'm always critical of people who shy from doing similar.
