The long-range strikes which caught the Su-34s are very, very bad news for Moscow. Unlike the bombers, the strike aircraft can't withdraw every time to Siberia there's some danger, otherwise they can't be of use on the battlefield.

Also frightening to think, that for Moscow, 2023 (stopping the Ukrainian offensive, US stops ammunition deliveries, Avdiivka onslaught) was a good year, they stll took over 50K dead...and it never stopped climbing and climbing after that.

The Gripens should have them too. Though their radars aren't as good, I think. Still, any Meteor-armed aircraft suddenly transforms the Russian-dominated long-range exchanges into something far more favourable for the Ukrainians.
