Final thought, and perhaps a fourth category: Combined, the far right's cultural template of anti-empathy, anti-pluralism and Western civ is decidedly warlike and gendered "masculine." So very clearly, the cultural template needed to counter it must emphasize a revalorization of the "feminine."
