The issue is that the average consumer is terrible at detecting AI slop and will report anything they deem to be vaguely too generic or where they don't vibe with the art style

A lot of people quoting this suggesting itch ban AI and I’m with you man, I think that would be a good move. But it won’t change this graph unfortunately. You’d need a team of people to enforce it, or a very dicey public reporting system. Even then, it’s a lot harder to detect than people think.
