We go to our locally owned coffee shop. All the baristas know our order. Why? Because they’re human beings who pay attention & chat with us.

Igo frequently to my local Costa and always order the same drink (except at Christmas when I have their "festive" variety). Often it's made before I've paid. Human intelligence!!!
