Yes, it's AnyCPU, and it has "PreferArm64". But yes, the issue here is that unless you do *something* (IFEO, StartupInfo flag, or compile for only ARM64) then by default CreateProcess will default to inherit the architecture of the caller.

The underlying infra and control plane (azure, k8s, etc.) will stay viable, but the portfolio of "common" line of business apps will explode, and customers will self support with AI or lots of smaller vendors.
