Listen, the conditions are what they are, but they're actually within reach for at least some Arab parties since he doesn't insist on military service specifically. It's as much if not more of an ask for Jewish-Haredi parties.

I also like Jewish-democratic-liberal-egalitarian as a formulation that moves past the rote Jewish and democratic. It specifies what kind of democracy and as you include Jewish there, make sure to add three liberal qualifiers.

Right, it does take time. Though the process of "look, we're actually doing stuff you want" has to be good for convincing people they can get things done, as well as countering Bibi's "relying on Arabs means we all die!" with "right now, today, it means accountability for Bibi and these crooks."
