Not everyone is like this, but some people don't get loud when they are enraged, they get really terrifyingly quiet. In my opinion, that's the kind of quiet Judge Reyes was wearing when she abruptly said "we're taking a 15 minute break" just then.

Reyes: Are you kidding me right now? Are you telling me that no one at counsel table thought a question I asked in a hearing about planning the golf course, thought a submission to the National Planning Comissions counted? Woodward: That's what I'm trying to.. Reyes: We're taking a 15-min break

Woodward doesn't want to represent ... something Reyes: Are you telling the court that this submission has been in the works with the National Planning Commission for weeks and no one mentioned that on October 19 in a 7-hour hearing? Woodward: I don't recall the Court asking..
