Put another way: the insane levels of cash burn are probably bad, but they are likely seen as non-optional. Everyone has to burn through cash to position themselves to have power when the dust settles.

i dont actually think they have the much competition from like chatgpt in this domain yet. But they have cut their own knees off before having their ad strategy worked out, while also doing a massive capex build out
