The Rowdies rolled through the regular season & Prinx groups and lost twice in knockouts in pens. Tonight playing (especially in the 2nd half) a brand of cautious, uninspired football. Was gross to watch. I’m less upset than glad it’s over. I don’t think I’ve ever felt that way watching a match.

I have watched a lot of slop, dogshit football in my life. I’ve even enjoyed some of it. But that game, whether we won or lost it, might have been the worst piece of shit I’ve ever seen. The kind of shit that would make you hate the sport. Both teams played with an utter contempt of the game.

I said goodbye to Westley (the Dread Puppy Roberts) today after 14.5 years together. He was a very good dog, but it was time to let him stop struggling. This is him in December 2014, dressed as a data scientist.
