Every time I hear A Youth complain about electives in college... My generation did too, and I was annoyed then, but I'm extra annoyed now because they keep cutting majors at my alma mater.

A guy I knew who has spent most of his adult life organizing for leftist and labor organizations, told me straight to my face "artist was never meant to be a job. You gotta do something else to make money" I did laugh that his artist girlfriend heard him say that and left him like 3 days later
