3:34 P.M. 10/25/2026 Rio Grande Gorge from NM 68 south of Taos. The sun came out at 3:00 p.m. so I jumped in the Vette and took off. Native drumming on the radio, not much traffic. Yellow cottonwoods along the very full river exploded in the sun but died away before I could stop.
