like lots of smart devices+digital shit on elevators/locks/etc that looks slick af but you know will break down horribly in 10 years (if even that), steel+glass boxy stuff that's super prone to mildew, "innovative" "minimalist" lines you know were designed by ppl who don't do their own cleaning, etc
Show Postbasic supply+demand dynamics do apply but the "LUXURY CONDOS LUXURY CONDOS LUXURY CONDOS" thing is also very real when you see what's actually being built… these things are definitely built to appeal to bougie landlord types &when *they* go down to workingclass prices i wouldn't trust that building🏚️
