5 bed / 5.5 bath (3,800 sq ft) is QUITE a bit more than average, and buying in West Hollywood is a choice...plenty of LA is cheaper. Also, his dad was a VP at a massive conglomerate; they're upper-class and only needed help after bad trades. And still...a $200k Porsche?

Right, because when someone wants to reduce their carbon footprint, they skip the $30k Chevy Bolt and go straight for the $200,000 custom Porsche. For the environment.
