My guess is that OpenAI will meet its funding target. Wealth is highly concentrated, so much so that Altman just needs a few guys-he-parties-with to step up & write another check. All the giant investors realize the whole bubble will pop if OpenAI goes down. They’ll keep him propped up, for now.
