TO BE FAIR: I haven’t seen a TF-specific one. Yet. But I have definitely seen it for larger, more mainstream fandoms, like RPF, tv shows, games… you know. Someone made a *google drive* that people are actively uploading to.

Like I said! What gets me the most is that this "shutdown" is. It's a month! At max! And they said they might bring the site back as a read-only! It isn't going away forever, because in that case I *might* have a little more understanding but. Just ask the author for permission?

every single time ao3 goes down or has an issue people get so fucking weird, i swear to god. i know we all like to joke about it but i legitimately think there are a bunch of people who experience real panic and distress that they can't access it and that's not normal or okay
