🚨The SNP have approved a major gas power plant expansion. Peterhead power station is already Scotland’s largest source of climate pollution, now it's going to get bigger! We need investment in cheap, clean renewables to cut household energy bills, not more expensive gas.

Shell has reported a massive $10.1 billion profit in the last quarter. Meanwhile, Scottish households face a winter of extortionate energy bills. This isn't fair. The system is broken. These obscene profits should be used to cut household bills, not line the pockets of millionaire shareholders.

2 of Reform UK's 8 MPs were invited to ask questions at today's #PMQs. That's 25% of their parliamentary party. Has such a large proportion of a party with 8 or more members ever been given such a loud voice at a single #PMQs? Not very anti-establishment, is it?

Scottish people are paying the price for soaring energy costs while fossil fuel companies are turning record profits. Today, Labour had a chance cut household energy bills by taxing fossil fuel profits. Instead, they are letting these companies off the hook.
