Well worth scrutinising any and all Rock/Water Pipits in the harbour. There are local colour-ringing schemes for both species led by Stour Ringing Group at Lytchett Bay, but you may just find a foreign-ringed bird like this FINNISH Rock Pipit (Scandinavian ssp. A. p. littoralis) at Kimmeridge!

Great to bump into this 10yr old JERSEY ringed Shag again after finding the bird on a Safari back in Feb '26. The bird was sat on the exact same cluster of buoys off Lake Yard Marina - an excellent example of winter site fidelity. Thanks to @asharpephotography.bsky.social for clinching the ring read
