I also gotta point out, he doesn’t know HOW to be healthy. His entire life has just been chaos and constant extremes. Nobody taught him as a kid, he’ll his trauma as a kid is WHY he’s like this. You can’t expect someone to magically know what to do when they never had anyone tell them how.
