the big thing Zitron has been loud and wrong on that stands out to me is that inference had to be running at a loss. it has seemed pretty obvious for some time that that isn't true, and the Anthropic documents make it clear that it's not true by about an order of magnitude costwise.

Kind of fascinating the way Alphabet/Google is making less on ads and search because of AI. Presumably they've read The Innovator's Dilemma. They know Blockbuster had an in-house version of Netflix, but didn't deploy it because it was a threat to their core business.
