Granted, I don’t have a lot of skin issues so I don’t go through them fast but I bought a box of plain hydrocolloidal bandages for this purpose years ago and am a little miffed that there are cute ones now!

I've seen stickers in the cosmetics aisle that get rid of zits, but I've never wanted to ask my teen coworker if the cute little heart on her cheek is getting rid of something 🤣
