I had another go photographing the owls with the RX10 5 in the late afternoon light, a bit of a struggle for the one inch sensor.

Barn owl yesterday with the R7 and budget lense poor light and not as good as the RX, two voles I think its holding. Nice to see three snow buntings on the beach at Seasalter, second day.

2 highlights @sandwichbirdobs.bsky.social. Friday's Snow Bunting (1CY male, perhaps a little too confiding for it's own good) at the raised tee on Cinque Ports GC & today's vocal Siberian Chiffchaff; no hint of green on body & edges of flight feathers plus 'tobacco-stained' ear-coverts👍 #KentBirding

Excellent day in the Dungeness area, topped off when Mum found this moulting/1stW drake Ring-necked Duck with the Tufted Duck & Pochard flock on the pit behind the Lydd Caravan Park. Digiscoping pics. Hopefully better to follow from @ploddingbirder.bsky.social et al. @jananddaveburt.bsky.social
