I really think it's strange that Evercolds biggest change by far, the completely new combat system, is the only thing they're not talking about. Like I get they don't want job doomposting for months but it makes the media rollout feel really insubstantial when it's the basis of every change.

I think it's making the doomposting worse this time. Doomposting comes when people don't have enough info; it's why they normally wait so long to confirm revamps or minor balance changes. But we've had incomplete info to catastrophize about for seven months now. The silence only makes it worse.

Yeah, im really anxious about all this stuff 🥲 the new UI we've seen also... doesn't look great? It's so fancy but for what. The fanciness seems non-functional, like they're prioritizing copying the aesthetics of more modern games for no good reason
