also it seems like "having boobs" is the main factor for elevated risk of breast cancer? not that people without boobs don't get it too, but it does seem like it's another case of "exactly the same risk level as anyone else with an estrogen-dominant system and significant breast tissue"?

Liver damage? Thats based on Premarin, the shit made from mares piss that hasn't been available since the 60s. Breast cancer? The authors of that paper LITERALLY WITHDREW IT a decade later, but it stays as common knowledge because why not.
