Had a great day yesterday selling books at the Crooked Nook book fair in Kalamazoo yesterday! Lots of people were excited about Dogmen fighting a fudge shop owner, which leads me to believe they either all have vendettas against fudge shop owners or Dogmen.

Finally finished, bound and washed, and I’m pretty happy with this micro-quilt as a little experiment, its about the size of a postcard and a practice piece for several new-to-me techniques. Sometime I’ll probably do a bigger, more complex version 😊

It is hard but we pay human artists real money for covers. Our jacket copy tends to be a joint venture between our writers and our editors. We don’t use AI for anything. We wish absolute destruction on any publisher that is using AI or LLMs for covers, copy, or anything else. ☠️☠️☠️
