me in my 20s: stretching after exercise is pointless me in my late 40s: if I don't stretch every single muscle in my body after working out I will seize up and probably die within the hour

Life is so very hard... and seems harder now, than maybe any other moment in my lifetime. It would feel "personal", yet it seems most people I encounter are experiencing profound hardships & challenges as well. This seems "collective". Glad you received something from my post. ❤️
