Also, I’m pretty sure they don’t have permission from the current owners of the ATLA IP to use Aang and Zuko in their government propaganda. They didn’t even try to edit the arrow tattoo off of Aang’s head for plausible deniability’s sake, so this would be a cut-and-dry copyright lawsuit.

Sue them. Unauthorized commercial use, unpaid fees for advertisement, and blatant breach of Terms of Service. Do not take this loss quietly. Do not set a precedent.
