The question of bicycles in 4d is compelling because the gyroscopy in 4d is quite a bit more complicated. 6 ways to rotate. Our bicycle only must resist tip (stable in tilt). In 4d you must also resist the falling into w (tuck?) which I don’t think you get for free. But maybe! Gotta do the math
