So, you disclose yr AI use to a publisher. They decide it’s w/in the bounds of acceptability. Your manuscript is invited, peer reviewed, board approved, published—w/ your use now disclosed in your acknowledgments. All above board, it seems. But what do yr readers think? Colleagues? T&P committee?

i've been so moved by my students, who are clocking basically one full novel per week (w/ P&P, Lady Audley, & Lolita split), & turning in the most gorgeously perceptive journals (handwritten) & having the most inspiring (to me) conversations about it all. this experience shd be available to everyone
