This is pretty incredible! My wife grew up on Réunion in the Indian Ocean, her parents still live there, and somehow trick or treating has become a thing there. Her parents just sent us this clip of them giving out candy from their back yard; they live on a steep mountain with a winding road.
Show PostHeck, give the parents candy too. We’ve all earned it this year
Show PostAnnual reminder that teenagers are also kids and if you see them out trick or treating, don’t give them crap, give them candy
Show Posthere's the thing about people who come to my house trick-or-treating: if they take a piece of candy then I don't have it anymore and won't regret eating it later. What a gift! Costume, no costume, 15, 18, 35, whatever. Just take some of this fucking candy, please.
Show Postwhen i was 14 i took my friend trick or treating because she was raised Jehovah's witness and never got to go a couple of parents were like "aren't you a little old for this" and I went "IT'S HER FIRST TIME SHE HAD A BAD CHILDHOOD"and they all gave her extra candy 10/10
