Immigration attorney/advocate. Open borders. Abolish ICE. Defund the police. No political party will save you. A better world is possible. Excuse the typos. I’m angry.

Show PostA wise and thoughtful post from a good friend in the organizing community. If you’re new to the immigrant rights world, possibly activated but this administration’s craziness, sit with this before and after you vote. This struggle will continue.
Show PostI’ve been hearing this rumor for weeks, but was unable to confirm. Grateful NYT was able to. ICE Air’s evil has no bottom, but I thought they’d at least have the strategic foresight to wait until after Election Day. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/30/w...
Show PostRule of law is not a “hurdle.” It’s the whole damn rodeo.
Show PostHowever, NYT editors, I take issue with this framing. It is illegal under US and int'l law to deport someone to a country where they may face persecution (refoulement), WHICH INCLUDES sending them somewhere we know will deport them to a country where they may face persecution (chain refoulement).
