When I walk into my favorite Tiki bar and they know exactly what my first drink is and serve it to me without me even asking, it's such a joy and a feeling of warmth and camaraderie. If I went to a coffee shop and an AI ordered my drink for me, I'd be fucking furious.

It's beside the point but I hate screens that are menus. Show me all the things you are willing to sell me, tell me what they are, and don't play little animations that hide things or switch from one set of offerings to another. Menus were a solved problem that technology has been used to unsolve.
