Cargo ship HAV GERMANICA spent large parts of Oct 28-29 zig-zaging outside a Swedish military training area. A ship, highly likely her, was boarded last night, is partly or fully Russian crewed and the ship is now in a Swedish port, possibly detained.

Show Post2. Afaik this is the first time that the Party launched such a campaign over foreign speech that falls in the "historical nihilism" category. So far, these kinds of campaigns had only hit Chinese people inside of China. Is the boundary of international speech the CCP wants to police shifting again?

This kind of outrage campaign isn't organic bottom-up rage but usually CCP-organized (though of course, it often ends up being amplified organically at some point).
