My one small gripe continues to hold up - the music feels expertly produced but amateurishly composed. The instrumentation? On point. The moods it evokes? Exactly what it should be. The melodies? Kinda directionless noodling. Feels like they 100% knew what they WANTED but couldn't quite get there.

Show PostI'm just going to keep saying it but the level design in Queen's Domain is SO good. Y'know how the original Dark Souls 1 was all one contiguous interconnected space? Imagine that but more, where there really are just back-roads and connections and secret passages between everything in odd places.
