Russell in interviews has been talking about the good relationship he and Kimi have had this year. But he hasn't mentioned the thing that clearly brought them closer: when they both thought they were gonna be replaced by a self driving network.

I look forward to the next few years. Looking back I would have been curious to see what Max would’ve done if he’d started out at the senior Red Bull team, and what George might’ve done if he went straight to Mercedes instead of Williams
