I get to bed rot, spaced out and unable to concentrate, whatever I'm feeling and however much self work I do. So yeah, I can be like "these urges are the result of irrational beliefs and you should not act on them" but the result of acting on them would be exactly the same fucking shit life so 🤷‍♀️

The fun thing about being physically disabled and real fucking crazy at the same time is that I can identify my behaviour patterns and the ways they're harming me all I fucking want - there's literally fuck all I can do about any of it.
