Carney has no mandate. Cohere is in the pocket of Peter Thiel and Nvidia, which on its face places their sovereignty on the same footing as "our HQ is a P.O. box". Cohere is actively on the hook in both Canadian and US class action suits for scraping, paywall dodging and verbatim reproducing data..
