I have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised to see the reaction to Molyneux’s latest quotes was “that kind of my-ideas-are-sacred egomaniac sounds like exactly the person who’d be into AI.” I’m used to game devs showing their whole ass in public & people saying “ah yes, the wisdom of the auteur.”

I've put it by the wayside, but there's still a community of personal websites and retro design with webrings. I'm slowly working on a personal site so I can share my silly thoughts and pictures of bugs on the kind of site I would have dreamed of in 1998.
