Honestly, I have never seen the rationale of business studies operating in academia. I get how you might want people who are knowledgeable in macro economics and business operations, as well as having some basic concept of the sociology of leadership, but to make a whole discipline?

lol this op-ed about abolishing business schools has set LinkedIn AFLAME. I think this particular quote hit a nerve: "Business schools don’t just reflect our economic system— they actively manufacture its priorities and normalize its harms..." Yikes.
