I was a #parkrun tourist today with a day trip Dublin on the ferry that started at 12.30 AM and we’re not yet home at 20.00 - but we did the parkrun and it has been a great day! #running #sunrise

This afternoon's run was on a surprisingly warm day. Doing my regular run in this park, but in the reverse direction. Only downside: being warm brought out the fall insects. They were everywhere. Met up with 1 cyclist, waved hello. #running

haven’t done my #5KADay #running yet today, & haven’t missed a day since early Feb but I’m still out of sorts after using yesterday’s run data for a crime time. It was recorded as a battery. hubby & 👮‍♂️ think it was a shove from behind from the e-scooter rider. I see dentist 🦷 tuesday #runsky
