DOJ's Woodward says the removal of the trees was part of the plan to close the course. HOLY FUCK. DOJ previously said the trees were about restoring the 2019 plan.

DOI attorney has been incredibly squirrely. Now says he "believes" that the Secretary of Interior has toured the golf course, but sorta refuses to confirm it even though there are declarations about it in this case.
